A NOTE FROM THE OWNER:

As we fast approach the halfway point of what has been a very challenging year to date, for all of us, we want to firstly extend our upmost appreciation and gratitude to all our customers who have purchased through our online store, here at The Ultimate Pleasure. With a multitude of different online stores to purchase adult toys, bondage gear, novelties, lingerie, and various other sex toys through, there are not enough words to fully show the appreciation we have for those who opted to buy with us, over these past few months especially. As a family owned small business, every dollar spent to purchase products, via our website, is absolutely vital to our longevity and survival. Not only that, but being a family business, it goes a long way to helping us pay the bills and keeping a roof over our heads. As we only opened at the start of 2019, and ultimately re-opened at the start of this year, due to our transition to a new website, we are still at the infancy stage of growing our business, and we would love to continue growing by further expanding our product range, increasing our valued customer base, and delivering the best possible customer service to all our clients, in the future. You wouldn’t think that an online adult toy business would be affected by the coronavirus, however due to the extreme lack of shipping between countries, it has meant that several product lines have been exhausted, leaving our customers with less of a variety to choose from. Whilst many products are out of stock, we are working hard to continue adding new products to our catalogue, so our customers still have that variety. We also want to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their patience and understanding with delivery times, especially our international clients, who have had to wait several weeks before transport was even granted to deliver their order between countries. Unfortunately, due to the various imposed laws and restrictions in relation to the coronavirus, Australia Post have been inundated with extra mail, whilst were forced to cut back on the number of handlers. As a result, it has added an extra day or two onto the normal timeframe of when we receive our products from our suppliers, but then another day or two onto the normal timeframe, from when we forward those products onto our customers. Rest assured, we are continuing to ensure any delay is minimized, where possible, and our operations in how we handle all customer orders have not changed. Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding, and hopefully we will start to see some normality resume with delivery times, over the coming weeks.
