As you may know, recent flooding and severe weather in Western Australia has caused ongoing rail disruptions and impacted the delivery of some mail and parcels. The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has advised the track between South Australia and Western Australia will not re-open until after Easter, following ongoing flooding and damage to rail infrastructure. There is an estimated delay of 1-2 business days for deliveries to and from Western Australia.
SHIPPING DELAYS GENERAL NOTICE:
Please be advised that all shipping timeframes listed below are estimates only, as there may be occasions in which unforeseen delays are experienced within the postal network, and are beyond our control.
*FREE SHIPPING:
Orders which meet the minimum spend, as outlined in the various sections below, are entitled to free shipping. For Australian orders, the free shipping offered is express shipping up to the value of $40 postage, otherwise it will be sent via standard shipping.

All Customer orders over $100 AUD, with a mailing address within Australia, are entitled to free shipping
Australian Shipping Information
All orders are sent via Australia Post, for your protection during business days – Monday to Friday. We do not send any parcels on weekends or public holidays. You can select between Standard or Express postage, and all of our parcels are trackable, for your convenience.
Australian Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: $14.25 (4 to 12 Business Days)
Express Shipping: $17.55 (2 to 7 Business Days)

Express Post orders to urban areas will normally receive their order within 1 to 2 business days after we provide to the courier, however clients living in rural areas will receive their order likely within 3 to 4 business days, after we provide to the courier.
