The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program; an initiative designed to reward customers for their loyalty and investment for purchasing through our site.

 

Customers are, and will always remain, the main focus of our business, and we want to ensure they receive not only great service and products of their choice from us, but they also receive rewards in line with their loyalty to our business in conjunction with their spending habits.

 

This program is solely owned and operated by The Ultimate Pleasure.

 

The below Terms and Conditions of this program are governed by the actual Terms and Conditions of this site.

 

We reserve the right to make amendments and alterations to The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program at any time within reason, but without notice.

 

1.0 – Eligibility

 

1.1 – To be eligible to participate in our Loyalty Program, a customer MUST become, and remain, a member (subscriber) of our site

1.2 – Opting in to the Loyalty Program does not gain eligibility for a customer, and instead, they MUST also subscribe to our site to participate in this program

1.3 – The customer MUST be 18 years of age or older to use our site and to be eligible to participate in this Loyalty Program

1.4 – Customers can subscribe to our site and gain instant membership by completing their details here.

1.5 – In subscribing to our site and becoming a member, that customer agrees to receive email communications from us, including, but not limited to, our monthly newsletter

1.6 – There are no fees or costs to subscribing/membership to our site (including any sign-up fees, ongoing fees, annual fees, etc.) nor are there any associated fees for participating in The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program

1.7 – Upon unsubscribing from our site and emails, a customer instantly cancels their membership with us and forfeits all accumulated Pleasure Points within the Loyalty Program, and immediately voids their eligibility to receive any discount vouchers, irrespective to their value of points prior to unsubscribing.

 

2.0 – Pleasure Points

 

2.1 – A Pleasure Point is the currency used in this loyalty program

2.2 – Pleasure Points are accumulated via means of a variety of activities performed by the customer, including, but not limited to, the purchasing of products from our website

2.3 – Upon unsubscribing from our site and emails, a customer instantly forfeits all accumulated Pleasure Points accumulated within The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program

2.4 -Pleasure Points are valid for 2 years on each particular activity or purchase completed by the customer

2.5 – Pleasure Points are not valid on purchases made by customers using other shopping platforms to purchase from our store, such as, but not limited to, Ebay, Catch, Amazon, etc.

2.6 – We reserve the right to deduct Pleasure Points from a customer’s Pleasure Point’s balance at any time without notice if we deem that the customer has obtained Pleasure Points they were not entitled to, per listed here in The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

 

3.0 – Pleasure Points for Purchases

 

3.1 – For every $1 a customer spends when purchasing from our website store, they will accumulate 1 Pleasure Point (GST incl)

3.2 – Any relevant shipping/postage costs for a customer order are not subject to receive Pleasure Points

3.3 – Where a refund is provided to a customer for a product/s for any reason other than for a product fault/defect, the customer will have the respective value of Pleasure Points deducted from their Pleasure Points balance to the refund value of the product/s in question

3.4 – Where a customer purchases a product/s that is identified as being out of stock through our suppliers, that customer will retain the value of those Pleasure Points for that product/s up to the value of 1,000 points.

 

4.0 – Reward Levels

 

4.1 – The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program consists of 5 different loyalty levels

4.2 – The Bronze Level is for customers who have a Pleasure Points balance valued between 250 and 499.

4.3 – The Silver Level is for customers who have a Pleasure Points balance valued between 500 and 749.

4.4 – The Gold Level is for customers who have a Pleasure Points balance valued between 750 and 1499.

4.5. – The Platinum Level is for customers who have a Pleasure Points balance valued between 1500 and 2499.

4.6 – The Diamond Level is for customers who have a Pleasure Points balance valued above 2500.

4.7 – Upon the redeeming of Pleasure Points, a customer will be relegated to the respective Reward Level in line with the remaining balance of their Pleasure Points following the redemption.

 

5.0 – Membership Welcome Bonus Pleasure Points

 

5.1 – As part of The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program, a customer will instantly receive a bonus 25 Pleasure Points as a welcome gift when they subscribe to our site and become a member.

5.2 – The customer MUST subscribe to our site to be eligible to receive these welcome bonus Pleasure Points, as opting into the program does not grant eligibility to membership benefits.

5.3 – A customer is only eligible to receive the Membership Welcome Bonus Pleasure Points on the initial occasion of their subscription.

 

6.0 – Birthday Bonus Pleasure Points

6.1- As part of The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program, a customer will be eligible to receive 50 bonus Pleasure Points on the anniversary of their birthday each year, on the provision they have entered their birthdate into our membership system in their profile.

6.2 – A customer will not be able to change their birthdate once entered into their profile on our website

6.3 – Birthday Bonus Pleasure Points will not be backdated under any circumstances.

 

7.0 – Bonus Pleasure Points to Write a Review for Your Product/s Purchased

 

7.1 – As part of The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program, a customer is entitled to receive 10 Pleasure Points for every review they enter on the product page of our site for a product, or products, they have purchased

7.2 – If it is deemed that a customer has entered a review on our site for a product/s they have not purchased directly from our store, they will not be eligible to receive the bonus Pleasure Points.

7.3 – If it is identified that a customer was incorrectly credited any bonus Pleasure Points for reviewing a product/s they did not directly purchase from our store, we will manually deduct those points from their Pleasure Points balance without the need to inform the customer prior.

7.4 – A customer who has purchased a product/s from our store using another shopping platform other than our website (such as, but not limited to Ebay, Catch, and Amazon), may enter a review on that particular product/s of purchase and remain eligible to receive the 10 bonus Pleasure Points for doing so.

 

 

8.0 – Bonus Pleasure Points for Following Us on Facebook, Instagram, or X (Formerly Twitter)

 

8.1 – As part of The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program, a customer is entitled to receive 50 bonus Pleasure Points for clicking to follow us on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

8.2 – 50 Pleasure Points will be credited to the customer for each of these listed social media platforms (e.g. – clicking to follow us on all 3 social media platforms listed above will generate 150 Pleasure Points for the customer)

8.3 – A customer will only be eligible to receive these bonus Pleasure Points once. Such acts as following, unfollowing, and then following again will not grant the customer over and above the 50 original points issued. Any such acts that we identify in which Pleasure Points were credited over and above the 50 eligible Pleasure Points will be manually deducted by us from the customer’s Pleasure Points balance.

 

9.0 – Bonus Pleasure Points for Sharing Our Business on Facebook, WhatsApp, or X (Formerly Twitter)

               

9.1 – As part of The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program, a customer is entitled to receive 50 bonus Pleasure Points for using the referral link on their “My Account” page and sharing it on Facebook, WhatsApp, and/or X (formerly Twitter) to promote our business to their friends, family, work colleagues, acquaintances, etc.

9.2 – 50 Pleasure Points will be credited to the customer for each of these listed social media platforms (e.g. – sharing the referral link on their “My Account” page on all 3 social media platforms listed above will generate 150 Pleasure Points for the customer).

9.3 – A customer will only be eligible to receive these bonus Pleasure Points once. Such acts as, but not limited to, creating and using several different social media profiles, will not entitle the customer to further Pleasure Points. Any such acts that we identify in which Pleasure Points were credited over and above the 50 eligible Pleasure Points will be manually deducted by us from the customer’s Pleasure Points balance.

 

10.0 – Bonus Pleasure Points for Sharing Our Business Via Email

 

10.1- As part of The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program, a customer is entitled to receive 10 bonus Pleasure Points for using the referral link on their “My Account” page and sharing it via email to promote our business to their friends, family, work colleagues, acquaintances, etc.

 

11.0 – Bonus Pleasure Points for Pleasure Referral

 

11.1 – A customer is entitled to receive 50 bonus Pleasure Points if they refer a friend, family member, work colleague, or acquaintance, to make a product purchase within our website store. This can be done by first clicking on the “My Rewards” button on the website, then clicking “Earn”, then clicking “Pleasure Referral Reward”, then sending the link to the respective individual/s. The customer will receive 50 Pleasure Points for every successful referral on the provision that referred individual makes a purchase within our store, to which they themselves will also receive a bonus 50 Pleasure Points.

11.2 – Any instance in which a customer refers another individual to our store, per outlined above, however that individual fails to complete a purchase from our website store within 7 days, we will deduct those 50 Pleasure Points given from the customer’s Pleasure Points balance.

11.3 – Pleasure Points for Pleasure Referrals cannot be redeemed until the referred individual/s have successfully completed a purchase.

 

12.0 – Redeeming Pleasure Points for Discount Vouchers

 

12.1 – As part of The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program, the minimum amount of Pleasure Points required to be eligible to redeem for discount vouchers is 500.

12.2 – A value of 500 to 749 Pleasure Points (Silver Reward Level) will grant the customer the opportunity to redeem 500 points for a $5 discount voucher

12.3 – A value of 750 to 1499 Pleasure Points (Gold Reward Level) will grant the customer the opportunity to redeem 750 points for a $10 discount voucher

12.4 – A value of 1500 to 2499 Pleasure Points (Platinum Reward Level) will grant the customer the opportunity to redeem 1500 points for a $25 discount voucher

12.5 – A value of 2500+ Pleasure Points (Diamond Reward Level) will grant the customer the opportunity to redeem 2500 points for a $50 discount voucher

12.6 – A respective discount voucher will be presented to the customer after two steps, the first being that they click they the “Redeem” option in the “My Rewards” button, then the particular discount coupon they are entitled to receive, and the second being that our site administrator will complete a check of the customer’s Pleasure Points history to ensure that all activity to generate Pleasure Points was within The Ultimate Pleasure Loyalty Program terms and conditions.

12.7 – Once we have completed the relative activity checks and determine that the customer’s Pleasure Points balance is indeed true and correct in line with the above terms and conditions, we will then email them a discount voucher to that requested value per the customer’s Pleasure Points’ balance.

12.8 – We reserve the right to reject a customer’s request for a discount voucher as part of this Loyalty Program where we deem reasonable and within reason.
