BUSINESS UPGRADE:

As we have mentioned in our previous blog entries, we have been planning an upgrade of our business this year, so we can serve our customers better into the future. There are 3 phases we are focusing on, as part of this upgrade. Phase 1 revolves around the website, to which we are looking at improving the speed, search optimization, and visual look of the site. Phase 2 revolves around housing more product on hand, rather than continuing to operate as an “order on demand” business, so we can improve our efficiency in delivering customer orders. Phase 3 revolves around introducing our own line of adult toys to the market. We are happy to say that Phase 1 has now commenced, and our IT specialist has begun work on the site. You may not notice any changes or differences in the interim, but over the next few weeks, an improvement in speed and appearance should become apparent. We anticipate there to be no disruption to the site during this process. We hope to then commence Phase 2 following the completion of Phase 1. We have now officially transitioned our business from a sole trading entity to a company also, as we continue to grow and expand our family owned small business. We are excited about what the future holds for our business, and the experience we can bring to our customers in the future. We thank you for your ongoing support.
