It’s sad to see parts of the country facing a second wave of the coronavirus, and from us here at The Ultimate Pleasure, we hope that you and your family are keeping safe, healthy, and void of the virus. It’s unfortunate that the impacts of the virus are also continuing to result in more job losses, whilst also crippling many small businesses across the country. The challenges continue for us here too, as our suppliers are continually running out of stock on numerous items, due to the restrictions in shipping from overseas. We will continue to keep adding as many products to our store catalogue, to ensure our customers have a satisfactory variety of adult toys to choose from, however, you may find that there may be items that we list as “in stock”, that we later find to be out of stock, through all our suppliers. As part of our service commitment though, here at The Ultimate Pleasure, we make the effort to source the products our customers request, be it through another retailer, and be it at our own cost, because customer service remains our number one priority. If we are unable to source a product, we provide you with an automatic discount on your next order with us. I say it every month, but I want to again thank all our valued customers, who have purchased from our store over these past few months. As we are a family owned small business, every dollar spent on the products purchased through our store, is extremely vital to our survival and longevity, especially during this unique period of time we are encountering at the present, so please continue to support our business.
