MARCH 2021 AT THE ULTIMATE PLEASURE– A NOTE FROM THE OWNER:

As we welcome in March 2021 here at The Ultimate Pleasure, we’d like to once again take the opportunity to kick off a new month by extending our upmost appreciation to you, our valued customer, for taking the time to visit our website, and for shopping with us. As the owner of a family owned Australian business, I understand exactly of the challenges small businesses face for longevity and survival. Without customers, like yourself, who visit our site and purchase from our store, we simply wouldn’t be in business. That’s exactly why we will always be grateful for your support and patronage. In return, we are always seeking to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service, and we will always strive to continue bettering ourselves to deliver such service. Please continue to show your support for our business by purchasing through our store and recommending us to your family and friends. Once again though, we’d like to just send you out a big thank you to you from our family here at The Ultimate Pleasure.

I am happy to say that the delay issues around courier collection, courier deliveries, and delivery timeframes, that were causing great inconvenience over the past couple of months, are now finally starting to improve. We have opted to part ways with Shippit and the relevant courier companies they deal with, and have returned to Australia Post as our courier service, at least in the interim. Sadly, we experienced far too many delay issues that were, not only inconveniencing us, but also our customers, creating an overall poor service and shopping experience. That’s not what we are about here at The Ultimate Pleasure, and we will never have any hesitation to make changes which are to the benefit of our customers, in order to provide them with the best possible service and online shopping experience. To our customers who were inconvenienced and impacted with the delays over the past couple of months, we once again send out our sincere apologies to you, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Rest assured that we will always be focusing on customer service as our highest priority.

Last month, I touched on the operation of our business, and how the business model we operate under is no longer sustainable, moving forward. We have always operated as an “order on demand” business. What this means is that when we receive orders from customers, we compile a list of the products on these orders, and send a request off to our supplier at the end of each day. Once received from our supplier, we then forward them to our customers. We understand this is no longer an efficient business model, as we want our customers to receive their products in a timely manner, as no doubt, our customers want to receive their products as fast as possible also. We are proud to say that we have the wheels in motion of obtaining funding to transition our business to house more stock on hand, reducing the wait time in having to receive products from our supplier, and in turn creating a more efficient process for our customers. We are indeed excited about what the future holds for our business. We are looking forward to making some enhancements to our website, to improve the shopping experience for our customers, and we are also intending to release our own line of adult toys towards the middle to end of the year, so watch this space. We are looking to implement these improvements and enhancements over the next few months, so we can continue to serve you better!

Finally, just a couple of quick reminders. X AWARDS 2020:

The X Awards were founded in 2019 by Jett Black (CEO of Sweet Release Agency), who wanted to celebrate and recognize the contribution and success of the various adult businesses and adult entertainers, across Australia. Last year, we were nominated as a finalist in the categories of the best “New Adult Business (retail, event, or service)”, and the best “Online Adult Retail Store”. The awards event was held in Melbourne on Saturday the 20th of February, 2021 and whilst we sadly were unable to attend due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19, we are proud to announce that we actually managed to achieve a runner’s up placing in the “New Adult Business (retail, event, or service)” category.
